The London Stock Exchange Russian Regional Roadshow 2008

The London Stock Exchange holds the fourth round of Russian Regional Roadshows 2008. Over the past five years we have held a number of successful regional events in Ekaterinburg (2004), St Petersburg (2005), Krasnodar (2006) and Novosibirsk (2006). Russian Regional Roadshow 2008 kicked off in June in Novosibirsk and this September we are taking it to Ekaterinburg and Perm.

Ukrainian Capital Markets Summit

As financing growth through debt is no longer a simple choice for companies, current market conditions make it imperative for companies to carefully map out their long term growth strategy. In particular companies must identify the main drivers of value of their operations and how best to build their businesses going forward. This two-day conference will explore alternative methods of fund raising through capital markets, study the balance between share liquidity and ownership control, and guide participants through the process of conducting an IPO and IPO pricing.

The 3rd Annual Capital Markets Conference

8 — 9 April 2008, Moscow

Since signing a joint marketing agreement in 2006 London Stock Exchange and MICEX Stock Exchange have been working together to offer a full range of IPO services to Russian companies wishing to access both the domestic and international capital markets.

The annual capital markets conference forms part of the Exchanges’ initiative to discuss trends in the Russian IPO market and the direction of its future development. It attracts over 250 senior level executives from government, companies, global investment institutions, domestic banks, legal advisory firms, accountancy firms and other investors and advisers.
